Sudden infant death and its relation to milk

Newborns who are fed cow milk have high concentrations of cow’s casomorphines in their blood stream and this can lead to life-threatening conditions such as apnoea, SIDS. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is the most common cause of death in children under the age of one.

Casomorphines not only lead to addiction to dairy products like cheese due to their morphine like structure but they also cause life-threatening conditions that may be fatal to infants.

This is just one of the reasons why you should avoid cow’s milk and dairy products.
